Shipping policy

Shipping costs are communicated at the time of purchasing your Loets item. Any item you return to us must arrive at our return address. If you choose not to insure or track your purchase, we are not responsible for items that may be lost in transit. If we do not receive an item that you have returned to us, we ask that you contact the appropriate courier or postal service for further information on the delivery and to make complaints about lost claims. We are at no time responsible for any items you may have returned to us that are not received.
