Returns & Exchanges


It is of course possible that you have changed your mind or want a different size or color. Read below what to take into account.

  1. register your return via procedure/parcel/
  2. then click on the button 'Start a return process'. You can enter the tracking number and zip code of the original shipment here to look up the shipment. Then click through to the details of the shipment.g.
  3. in the next screen you will see your details that were previously entered in the original shipment. Here you state the reason for the return and which products you want to return. If desired, you can add a note as an extra note if you want to exchange, for example.
  4. when everything is filled in, click on 'Next: Choose delivery point'. The nearest DHL return location will appear on the basis of the entered zip code. When you select this, the location will be saved.
  5. you are now almost done submitting your return. An overview of the return shipment is displayed, when products are selected, they are also displayed here again. This information must be verified by you and if everything is approved, tick the checkbox at the bottom of the screen and choose 'Next: Print return label'.
  6. your return label can now be downloaded and printed. You deliver the package to the chosen service point and from that moment it is possible for Loets to find your return shipment.

Purchased items may be returned within 14 days provided the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

After your return notification, you have another 14 days to ensure that the package is returned to us.

Returns are at your own expense and in the original packaging. In addition, there must be no make-up and / or hair on it and the labels must still be attached to the item. If we receive an item that does not comply with this, we unfortunately cannot accept it back. Of course you can receive the item back, but we will charge shipping costs again to return the item to you.

When you send your return, always keep your Track & amp; Trace receipt until your return has been processed! If we have received your return, we will refund the amount including shipping costs within the legal 14 working days to the account number with which the order was paid.

As soon as we have received your return and processed it within 14 working days after arrival, we will send you a credit note by email. You can then expect the money to be on your account, credit card or PayPal account within those 14 working days. If you have chosen to pay afterwards, we will stop the process if you have returned everything or adjust the amount if you have returned part of it.rd).

If your order has been shipped for free, but you are under 75, - after returning, we will charge 4.95 shipping costs afterwards. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.g.


  • The costs of return shipment are for the customer.
  • The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged. The labels must be attached to the article.
